This email DOES NOT MEAN that your membership is up for renewal. It may be. It may not be. However, for many of our members October 25 is their renewal date. Whether your membership is up for renewal or not you can still use this link to add years to your membership for a discount. When you click on the link you will find 3 options:

Option 1 – Renewal link for regular members - $25 off normal price

Option 2 – Renewal link for L.E.O. / Fire Department / EMS / EMT - $50 off normal price

Option 3 – Renewal Link for Military / Veterans - $75 off normal price

A note from range staff:

We know its been tough on some out here in the oil patch so like we did last year we want to offer a special discount on membership to all our current and past members.

We want to thank you all for another great year. We continue to strive to be your favorite shooting range. We know we are not the fanciest with the nicest facilities but we try to make up for it with high quality service, a total commitment to safety, and total satisfaction of our members. Over this past year we have been continuing to develop and improve the range although some of the biggest improvements have been behind the scenes:

- Changed all of our target stands on Range 1 (5y-100y) to quick change stands so that range staff and even members can quickly and easily change out target boards that get shot up or destroyed.

- Added backstops behind each row of targets on Range 2 (100y-300y). This is helping to trap even more bullets and keep them on the property, reducing a shooters liability in rounds going off range and reducing the range's liability as a whole. Its just better for everyone, especially the oil field behind the range.

​- Added caliche base under the close range awning so than when we get light rains shooters aren't standing in mud.

- As of January 1, 2016 we started requiring a Safety Briefing Card for all shooters 16 and over. It is a card that you keep that is signed by a Range Safety Officer that verifies you have been given a safety briefing. This is simply to further enhance the safety culture at the range. Everyone 16 and over gets the card including Day Pass shooters.

We will continue to improve the range over the next year. We are planning another paintball field with over 20,000 sq feet of new artificial turf that can also be used for special events like mini gun shows, swap meets, parties, live music, etc. We are pushing for the 2016-2017 year for an awning at 200 yards, 300 yards, 400 yards, at the shotgun range, and at the tactical bay (we have some great sponsorship deals to try and get these awnings put up if you or your company or group are interested in a great value on a 5 year group membership for $2700 – simply the actual cost of the awning - thats 25 full family memberships for 5 years plus you can put your advertising or logo or whatever you want on the awning).

We are also planning on installing restrooms in a portable building with running water. Eventually we plan on a club house with couches, TVs, refreshments, etc. But all things in due time! Of course we are always trying to improve the shooting experience on the firing line and in the down range area so that is a constant project.
